Role Description
Econ Healthcare is seeking a senior executive responsible for meeting occupancy targets in Econ’s suite of services including Nursing Home and Home Care etc. This role primarily requires the staff to work on referral leads from all channels and convert them into an eventual sale.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
· Provide day-to-day support for referral and partner enquiries on nursing home and home personal care vacancies
· Executive care advisory required to gather information from patients and their families and assist them with the financial assessment and procedures.
· Responsible for meeting occupancy targets in the nursing homes
· To host families for site visits at the respective branches
· Maintain a structured referral pipeline and CRM database to track outreach, leads, and conversion outcomes.
· Monitor partnership performance, prepare daily and monthly reports on lead sources, and recommend improvements to optimise conversion.
· Serve as the primary relationship staff for residents’ next-of-kin by ensuring timely communication and service follow-through.
· Liaise with centre managers and nurses on patient-related matters
Administrative Paperwork
· Assist in carrying out administrative work in the delivery of advisory services to patients and their families.
Skills & Experience
· 3 years experience in sales, ideally in healthcare, eldercare, or wellness sectors.
· Strong customer service and sales skills
· Results-driven with proven ability to meet targets.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently within a fast-paced, mission-driven organisation.
