We are seeking an experienced Operations Systems Engineer to provide Tier I & II technical support for mission-critical Data Center Operations Systems. This role focuses on BMS (Building Management Systems), EPMS, and OT devices, ensuring 24/7 operational reliability. You will triage incidents, troubleshoot alarms, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless operations.

• Provide Tier I & II support for BMS, EPMS, and OT systems in 24/7 data center environments.

• Monitor, triage, and resolve alarms; escalate complex issues to Tier III as needed.

• Collaborate with Service Desk, IT Systems, and Networking teams for cross-functional troubleshooting.

• Document incidents and maintenance activities accurately and in real-time.

• Participate in weekly on-call rotation and ensure SLA/OLA compliance.

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Center operations or remote support roles.

• Strong knowledge of BMS systems from Schneider Electric, Automated Logic, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls.

• Familiarity with protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, SNMP.

• Ability to analyze and resolve issues impacting critical infrastructure.

• Basic skills in Microsoft OS, Office Suite, and Visio.

• Experience with MEP infrastructure and its integration into BMS systems is a plus.
