Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and manage forecasts and pipelines
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in retail and marketplaces
Prepare regular sales reports for senior management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Management role
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
