Responsibilities:

• Manage the Green Mark certification process, ensuring full compliance with BCA sustainability requirements and project standards.

• Conduct on-site energy audits to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and conservation measures.

• Carry out site inspections and performance assessments of building systems, including ACMV, lighting, and indoor environmental comfort systems, and recommend system enhancements.

• Prepare detailed sustainability reports covering gap analysis, performance evaluations, and cost-benefit recommendations for green initiatives.

• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, overseeing project schedules, deliverables, and team coordination to ensure successful project execution.

• Support business development efforts by preparing and submitting tender, RFP, and RFQ proposals in accordance with submission requirements.

• Participate in site surveys and tender briefings, while actively following up with clients to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering or related field.

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in sustainability or Green Mark projects within the ACMV / M&E industry.

• Strong knowledge of BCA Green Mark criteria, energy audits, and sustainability assessment tools.

• Good understanding of ACMV systems and building performance evaluation.
