Senior Account Executive - #1133454

• To handle full set of monthly accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, Balance sheet, P&L, Bank Reconciliation and audit schedules.

• Monitor cash flow.

• Able to provide supervision and guidance to junior staff on daily operations.

• Perform quarterly and yearly tax submissions including GST and estimated tax computations.

• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure intercompany balances tally across the books.

• Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.

• Manage tax, audit, corporate secretarial or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties as required.

• Take on lead roles in ad-hoc projects and activities assigned.

Requirements

• A-Level/LCCI/ Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting/ACCA/CPA or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role of Senior Account Executive

• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

• Agility to change, mature, independent, hands-on, able to work under stress and have a strong sense of responsibility
