Job Overview

We are seeking a Singaporean Sales Operations Executive to support and optimize our sales workflow from quotation to job completion and invoicing. This role focuses on process execution, coordination, and reporting, ensuring smooth collaboration between sales, operations, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Process Control

• Manage and track the full sales workflow: quotation → job confirmation → job completion → Report & invoicing

• Monitor quotation follow-ups and conversion status

• Ensure team SOPs and workflows are followed consistently

• Identify gaps or delays in the sales process and flag for improvement

Coordination

• Liaise with sales, technicians, and admin teams to ensure accurate job execution

• Support handover to accounts for invoicing and payment follow-up

Reporting & System Management

• Maintain accurate sales and job records in internal systems

• Prepare basic sales reports (e.g. quotation status, job completion tracking)

• Support management with operational data and updates

Customer & After-Sales Support

• Communicate with customers on scheduling, confirmations, and job status

• Handle after-sales coordination and follow-ups

Requirements

• Minimum 2 of experience in sales operations, coordination, or similar roles

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Good communication skills with customers and technicians
