Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team!

Other Information:

• Working Day: 5.5 days

• Working Time: 8am-5pm / 8am-12pm

• Working Location: HQ office at Taiseng, Project site to be assign

• Salary Range: S$8,000-S$12,000

• 16 days Annual Leave, Performance Bonus

What you'll be doing?

• Plan and oversee: Develop site organization and resources, map out the Master Programme, and set project targets in line with company goals.

• Manage the team: Lead the project team and sub-contractors, ensuring project delivery according to the approved completion date and phases.

• Ensure quality: Meet client expectations and regulatory compliances, approving work schedules and liaising with architects and consultants.

• Control costs: Monitor the preliminary cost budget, implement control measures, and manage direct labour costs effectively.

• Technical oversight: Understand drawings, specifications, and contract scopes to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.

Who are they looking for?

• Relevant experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management within the HDB construction sector.

• Educational background: Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, or Building Engineering.
