Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact point for customer enquiries and complaints via phone or email, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
To process quotations, ITQ/RFQ and supporting documents for submission.
To prepare and process sales orders, service jobs and in the SAP and Field Service Management system.
Maintain accurate service documentation, including reports and service records, and ensure all data is updated in the system.
Coordinate with field service engineers, subcontractors, customers, and relevant authorities to ensure services are completed on schedule and to customer satisfaction.
To generate weekly / monthly reports to assist management team in reaching their department goals.
To perform various ad hoc duties and provide administrative support as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
SAP knowledge is an advantage
