Interior Designer (Sales) - #1133317

Do note its a full commission based position only.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiry

• Advisor on space planning, layout and interior aesthetics

• Mood Board Proposals

• Develop design briefs and operational work schedule briefs

• Provide Quotation

• Work closely with the visualisation team on 3D design drawings when necessary

• Discussion with clients to propose and explain design brief

• Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors

• Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved

Requirements:

• only Singaporeans & Permanent Residents are welcome to apply

• Non-Singaporeans & Permanent Residents are not qualified

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and aesthetics

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

• Strong ownership and proactive in learning

• Able to work independently and in teams

• Highly self-motivated with strong personal drive

• Proficient in Illustration, AutoCAD or Sketchup is preferred but not compulsory
