Vontier’s operations span three core segments: mobility technologies (such as fuel dispensers, EV charging platforms, point‑of‑sale and telematics systems), repair solutions (automotive tools and diagnostics), and environmental & fueling solutions (fuel site infrastructure, leak detection, vapor recovery).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Senior Commercial Director, you will have the unique opportunity influence the regional strategy in Asia Pacific, while increasing revenue.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

• Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities to accelerate growth. 

• Forge strategic partnerships and expand our market presence. 

• Lead and mentor a diverse, multicultural sales team to achieve ambitious targets. 

• Align sales processes with financial goals to deliver profitable results. 

• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to optimise performance. 

• Manage complex distributor and agent networks across multiple countries.
