Must be open to 12 hour shift (6days/week)

Salary

$3,000 – $5,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Select, weigh, pack (wrap), and label fresh fruits and vegetables according to standards.

• Ensure the accuracy of inventory quantity, expiration dates, and storage locations for the assigned work group, and ensure safe stacking and storage of goods.

• Ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient daily warehouse operations; maintain operational order and timely delivery.

• Plan daily manpower based on workload, allocate tasks fairly, provide on-the-job training, cultivate teamwork, and enhance productivity.

• Standardize warehouse storage, monitor daily operational damages and inventory discrepancies, control shelf-life variance, and reduce operational losses.

• Maintain 6S standards in the warehouse to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and a professional working environment.

• Assist with general warehouse cleaning and organization.

• Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

1. Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations

2. Experience:

   • Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations management experience

   • Experience leading a team of staff

3. Abilities: Excellent coordination, strong execution, fast learner, and effective communication skills

4. Knowledge / Skills:

   • Proficient in WMS system operations

   • Basic warehousing and transportation knowledge
