Position Summary :

 To manufacture production units to meet performance objectives with minimum supervision includes:

-          Performing proper manufacturing process (eg: Integration , functional test of all production unit / customer return unit for which he/she has been trained or assigned to perform

-          Performing proper manufacturing of production units in compliance with Production Best Practices as well as relevant procedures issued that governing production ( MIF, WCI, Chorus, etc)  and quality control

-          Respecting the KPI target set by Production leader

- Maintenance and calibration of test means or equipment whenever necessary with the support of M&T dept.

Main Tasks  & Responsibilities:

 1.     To acquire multi product manufacturing skills through acceptance of working on a new product group whenever competency has been reached on an existing product group or by attachment to a senior technical specialist of another product group whenever feasible.

2.     Manage the WIP level

3.     Accurate reporting of any anomalies encountered during production process. Detect and alert in case of default or results deviations (even if still within the good range)

4.     To involve in 5S and Kaizen initiatives

5.     To support administrative works (Raise Purchase Requisition, Document Archiving Process) and production task as per assigned by team lead/supervisor

Requirements:

Nitec /High Nitec /Diploma in Electronics Engineering

Experience

1 to 5 years of relevant experience
