As an Operations Executive (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversees and be responsible for the daily operations.

• Lead and manage the clinical and operations staff.

• Provide and maintain the high standard of service quality and clinical quality.

• Develop the business and submit the reports on a timely manner.

• Ensure the business objectives and targets are met.

• Attend to feedbacks and complaints.

• Investigate and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a min of Degree in Business or equivalent
