Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales for weddings, corporate, and social events across multiple venues.

• Create compelling proposals and tailor-made event concepts that inspire clients.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with guests, partners, and key accounts.

• Collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned experiences.

• Stay ahead of market trends to grow business opportunities and meet revenue goals.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, or event sales (wedding or corporate focus preferred).

• A sales-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills, with a flair for presentation and storytelling.

• A keen eye for design, trends, and experience curation.

• Strong negotiation, organisation, and multi-tasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; exposure to digital marketing tools or social platforms is a plus.

• A proactive, positive personality who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
