Responsibilities
Provide regional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Manage customer feedback and issues, including RMA coordination and preparation of 8D corrective action reports.
Conduct technical training sessions, seminars, and provide ongoing support to customers and internal sales teams.
Advise customers on proper component usage, application methods, and best practices in production processes.
Prepare and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation and service reports.
Perform additional duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, customer support, RMA handling, or electronics-related roles
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities across EMC-related applications.
Effective communication and coordination skills when working with customers and internal stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently with Functional Application Engineer (FAE) support.
Travel to overseas might be required for business trip
