Technical Customer Service Executive (EMS / Electronic Manufacturing / MNC) - #1133244

Responsibilities

• Provide regional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.

• Manage customer feedback and issues, including RMA coordination and preparation of 8D corrective action reports.

• Conduct technical training sessions, seminars, and provide ongoing support to customers and internal sales teams.

• Advise customers on proper component usage, application methods, and best practices in production processes.

• Prepare and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation and service reports.

• Perform additional duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, customer support, RMA handling, or electronics-related roles

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities across EMC-related applications.

• Effective communication and coordination skills when working with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Comfortable working independently with Functional Application Engineer (FAE) support.

• Travel to overseas might be required for business trip
