No prior experience is necessary - as long as you can swim 300 meters continuously, using correct techniques in at least two recognized strokes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the well-being and safety of guests by providing a high standard of aquatic safety and exemplary guest services

• Participate in in-service training to provide fun & friendly customer service experience and enforce the attraction or facility's policies, safety rules and regulations

• Interact with guests and advise information related to ride or facility

• Recognise and respond effectively in emergency situations to ensure that injuries or casualties are minimized and first aid is promptly and appropriately rendered before the arrival of emergency medical services

• Evacuate guest safely to seek shelter immediately during lightning alert and/or heavy rain causing poor visibility
  

Requirement:

• Able to work in an outdoor environment

• Good guest service and communication skills

• Strong observational skills to proactively identify guest needs and monitor safety guidelines

• Customer oriented, proactive with a positive working attitude

• Dedicated, able to take long standing hours, and is punctual for duties.

Certified Lifesaving 123 or Bronze Medallion Lifeguards are welcome to apply!
