Job Responsibilities

-Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to guest first impressions, ensuring welcome to the Lounge

-Cleaning, keep cleanliness in high levels standard throughout dedicated areas, assist relevant operational duties

-Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction

-Work together with trust so that colleagues and management meet the goals of the Lounge.

-Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect, sensitivity and transparency

-Tidy work environment with safety practice, keep tables, chairs, service areas clean tidy as per procedure manual

-Always ensure the security of keys and public / back of house areas by adherence to security procedures.

-Adhere to Singapore’s health and safety standards and protocol

Job Responsibilities

-Minimum 1-year related experience preferably in Hospitality/Hotel/Lounge/F&B operations

-Approachable, friendly and courteous, communicate regularly with team members and build good relations

-Excellent hygiene and grooming standards and good interpersonal skills

-Ability to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
