• In charge of ensuring the implementation of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools & Lean projects in the company

• Responsible for expanding and sustaining the lean deployment efforts through facilitating Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen and Continuous Improvement events

• In charge of identifying, deployment and driving successful completion of Lean projects/initiatives

• In charge of leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and managing the efficiently the sharing of best practices among departments

Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Aerospace Engineering or relevant

• Minimum 2years of working experience in driving continous improvement projects

• Experience in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, JIRA, Power BI, VBA and Macros will be advantage
