You are part of the HR team in providing day-to-day running of HR functions. This role involves coordination, documentation, and HR support to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
Job Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Support the coordination of staff engagement and welfare initiatives, recreational activities, and company-wide events (e.g. frontline sales support activities, annual National Day Parade participation).
Payroll & HRIS
Verify staff claims and support payroll administration.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, including attendance, leave, and personal particulars.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support recruitment and onboarding processes such as preparation of employment documents, induction arrangements, and monthly corporate orientation.
Prepare confirmation documentation and update employee records accordingly.
Manage uniform issuance and maintain basic inventory records.
General HR Support
Prepare and submit documentation for work pass applications and renewals.
Support the processing of staff insurance claims and documentation for insurance policy renewals.
Coordinate exit processes, including preparation of clearance documents and scheduling of exit interviews.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
Maintain and update HR-related content on the company intranet.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in a business-related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Knowledge of MOM Employment Legislation and payroll systems will be advantageous.
Able to commence work within short notice.
