You are part of the HR team in providing day-to-day running of HR functions. This role involves coordination, documentation, and HR support to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.


Job Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Support the coordination of staff engagement and welfare initiatives, recreational activities, and company-wide events (e.g. frontline sales support activities, annual National Day Parade participation).

Payroll & HRIS

  • Verify staff claims and support payroll administration.

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, including attendance, leave, and personal particulars.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes such as preparation of employment documents, induction arrangements, and monthly corporate orientation.

  • Prepare confirmation documentation and update employee records accordingly.

  • Manage uniform issuance and maintain basic inventory records.

General HR Support

  • Prepare and submit documentation for work pass applications and renewals.

  • Support the processing of staff insurance claims and documentation for insurance policy renewals.

  • Coordinate exit processes, including preparation of clearance documents and scheduling of exit interviews.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.

  • Maintain and update HR-related content on the company intranet.

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in a business-related discipline.

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

  • Able to work independently and in a team.

  • Knowledge of MOM Employment Legislation and payroll systems will be advantageous.

  • Able to commence work within short notice.
