BIM & CAD Design Engineer (Construction) - #1133148

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop 2D drawings in line with client specifications and design requirements.

• Prepare and issue drawings for project milestones, including Design, Issued for Construction (IFC), and As-Built submissions.

• Build and maintain 3D models using Revit, ensuring all BIM deliverables comply with project standards and specifications.

• Participate in design meetings and discussions with clients, contractors, and consultants.

• Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) for tender submissions, procurement, and project execution.

• Conduct site inspections and obtain accurate on-site measurements when required.

• Serve as the primary on-site liaison for design-related information and coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry or similar technical environments is preferred.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks.

• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Comfortable working across both office-based design tasks and hands-on site coordination activities.
