ASSISTANT THERAPIST / THERAPIST (Bioresonance Therapy)

Responsibilities

Senior Therapist will mentor Assistant Therapist (during their probation) in their roles as follow:

• Provide primary and continuing health care for patients.

• Analyze a health condition and recommending the required therapy.

• Discuss therapeutic care options for patients and their families and help patients to take responsibility for their own health.

• Respond by helping to resolve health problems presented by patients through health history investigation, therapy and referral (when appropriate).

• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality.

• Promote health education.

• Organize preventative therapy programs for individual patients.

• Provide specialist therapy for specific conditions or for certain groups Eg. Smoking cessation.

• Promote supporting supplements & products.

• Meet KPIs set by the management.

Requirements

• Healthcare related diploma/degree is preferred. Relevant experience in Bioresonance Therapy will be an advantage. 1 or 2 years of experience in healthcare industry is preferred. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training & mentoring will be provided.

• A thinker who is analytical, able to respond to the situation appropriately.

• An effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.

• An independent worker who is service orientated and self-motivated.

• Able to communicate effectively with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Able to work 11 hours (8.30am – 9pm) per work day. Only 4 workdays per week but include Saturdays.
