The role
We are seeking Locum Staff Nurses (Convertible) in the Central Region. This is a contract position, offering the flexibility to work in different healthcare settings while gaining valuable experience. As a Locum Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality nursing care to patients and supporting the overall operations of the healthcare facility.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing nursing care to patients in line with established procedures and protocols

2. Monitoring patient conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

3. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff

4. Documenting patient information, observations, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner

5. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of coordinated and patient-centred care

6. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to infection control guidelines

7. Actively participating in continuous learning and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

1. Registered Nurse with a valid practicing SNB certificate, and BCLS certificate

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team

3. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment

4. Commitment to professional development and maintaining up-to-date nursing knowledge
