JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and promote jewelry products and services to walk-in customers as well as customers on our online platforms.

• Provide customer service support for the retail network and e-commerce.

• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every client.

• Drive client satisfaction.

• Work together with operations to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.

• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Undergraduate students in any field of study.

2. Skilled in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).

3. Meticulous, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

4. Passionate to the customer/sales industry

5. Must be able to commit for at least 3 months.

6. Candidates with no prior retail experience are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.

7. Willingness to learn.
