Summary Benefit :

Responsibility :

• Manage and maintain IT asset inventories for infrastructure and computing devices.

• Provide end-user computer support, including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance of hardware and software.

• Coordinate and liaise with third-party vendors for technical support and service requirements.

• Conduct user training, coaching, and onboarding on the proper use of computer systems and devices.

• Ensure assigned tasks are completed promptly and meet user satisfaction standards.

• Handle helpdesk operations, including incident logging, tracking, and resolution.
