Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3,000 – $4,500

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out application and project-related duties, including creating project opportunities, verifying warranty claims on-site, performing spot measurements for EC fans and digital solutions, and supervising on-site digital/retrofit installation works.

• Handle customer enquiries on technical matters related to Intelligate Mesh, IoT solutions, Cloud systems, Modbus RTU, FanScout and other digital platforms.

• Prepare and manage all project documentation such as Risk Assessment, Method of Statement (MOS), project schedules and Permit-To-Work for on-site and off-site activities.

• Provide technical support with a strong focus on Digital Solutions, including implementing smart ventilation systems.

• Work closely with devices connected to cloud platforms via MQTT, including on-site setup, configuration and system linkage.

• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors and key project stakeholders throughout project implementation to ensure seamless delivery.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers by providing prompt technical service and support.
