Overview of the position:
The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing company events to deliver seamless operations and exceptional participant experiences. This role oversees event logistics, vendor and internal team coordination, on-site management, and post-event evaluations. The executive ensures that events run on schedule, meet quality standards, and align with company objectives, enhancing brand reputation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential.
The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
Event Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and management of events, ensuring smooth operations from concept to completion.
Project Management: Oversee projects to ensure they meet scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation objectives.
Leader Support: Act as the main point of contact for leaders , understanding needs and ensuring expectations are exceeded.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align event operations with business goals, budgets, and timelines.
Budget & Resource Oversight: Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and allocate resources efficiently while maintaining event quality.
On-Site Operations Management: Supervise staff, oversee setup and teardown, monitor event flow, and ensure health and safety compliance.
Post-Event Analysis: Collect feedback, evaluate performance, and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in event planning, project management, or corporate operations.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute large-scale events from concept to completion.
Experience managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing resources.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Willingness and ability to work on weekends, evenings, or outside regular working hours as required.
Work location: Tai Seng Centre
Working hours: Monday till Friday (10am to 7pm)
