Job Scope:

• Oversee daily operations of warehouses, cold rooms, packing areas, and related facilities.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and WSH regulations.

• Implement and maintain efficient workflows to reduce spoilage, delays, and operational issues.

• Manage outbound logistics, delivery schedules, and coordination with transport partners.

• Lead inventory control for perishable goods using FIFO/FEFO and minimize wastage.

• Conduct safety procedures, training, and incident investigations to maintain a safe workplace.

• Collaborate with Procurement and Sales on demand planning, quality expectations, and supply chain needs.

• Handle customer-related issues, ensure timely order fulfillment, and drive improvements in service quality.

Job Requirement:

• Possess Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or the fresh produce industry.

• Understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment processes, and logistics operations.

• Strong knowledge of Food Safety standards, including ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000.
