A well-established and leading healthcare organization is seeking for a proactive and organised Operations Executive to support the planning and managing the daily operations of our polyclinic. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective clinic operations, while maintaining high standards of patient care and service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations and resource utilisation to ensure cost-effective and efficient management

• Jointly oversee the day-to-day operations of the polyclinic with a partner

• Manage and support the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and quality patient care

• Plan and implement strategies, proposals, and initiatives to improve work processes and service quality

• Collaborate closely with clinical, nursing, and allied health professionals

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in any discipline

• Experience in operations/administration in healthcare sector will be an advantage
