Job Details:
• Location: Greenwich Drive/Ubi
• Salary: $2600 to $2800
• Duration: 1 Year Contract Extendable

Project 1
• Working Hours: 5 days work week, rotating shifts including weekends & PH
- 7.45am to 5.30pm
- 8.15am to 6pm
- 1.15pm to 11pm

Project 2
• Working Hours: 5 days work week, rotating shifts including weekends & PH
- 8am to 5.30pm/8.30am to 6pm/11am to 8.30pm
- 3pm to 12am ($9 per shift allowance)
- 12am to 9am ($12 per shift allowance)

Job Scope:
• Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
• Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system

Requirements:
• Min GCE O Levels with 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable to do shift work
