Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
Inspect and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
Assist with equipment installation and servicing.
Coordinate with contractors for repairs.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Support overall building operations.

Requirements :

Min Nitec or relevant qualification.
Relevant experience is advantage
