Job Responsibilities

• Manage tender activities including data collection, site surveys, contract review, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities and tender submissions.

• Oversee projects from tender stage through to completion, coordinating progress claims, variation orders, final accounts, and ensuring proper documentation control.

• Work closely with project and operations teams to support reporting, cost control, and smooth project execution, including ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in M&E works, tendering, or project cost management within the construction or engineering sector.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Experience in project management, tender documentation, and cost control for construction or M&E projects is highly advantageous.
