Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design, submission, procurement, construction, to final handover

• Organize and control all project activities to ensure quality, cost, and timeline targets are met

• Identify contract issues and manage commercial, technical, and site risks

• Work closely with internal teams such as Business Development, Tender, Cost Control, and Service teams

• Coordinate conceptual studies, pre-design, detailed design, and procurement activities

• Manage subcontractors for construction, installation, testing, and commissioning works

• Oversee construction and installation of building and M&E facilities

• Liaise with consultants, data center owners, and building landlords to meet mission-critical facility requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction management with a contractor and/or consultancy

• Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects, including interior A&A and fit-out works

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
