Production planner, Semiconductor - Urgent - #1128473

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasted demand and resource availability

• Liaise with Project Leaders, Planners, and Production Supervisors to prioritize work according to delivery timelines

• Handle material and production planning, including requisitions, BOM updates, and design change implementations

• Confirm orders after evaluating material and production capacity availability

• Coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure timely material deliveries and minimize excess inventory

• Monitor material readiness to ensure uninterrupted production flow

• Prepare periodic reports such as Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory and quarterly Buy-down claims

• Ensure prompt closure of production orders to support timely invoicing

Requirements: 

• Diploma and above

• At least two years of relevant work experience in production planning and manufacturing

• SAP/ MRP knowledge is an added advantage

• Willing to work on weekend
