About the role

As a Site Engineer at Construction, This full-time position requires hands-on experience in project engineering and a dedication to ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality on our worksites.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, including supervising site activities, monitoring progress, and identifying and resolving issues

• Ensuring all construction work adheres to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations

• Conducting site inspections, performing quality checks, and documenting project progress

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and address concerns

• Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team

• Assisting in the preparation of project reports, documentation, and records

What we're looking for

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications

• Experience with project management software and construction site management tools
