Accounts Executive Full Set AC - #1132898

RESPONSBILITIES:

This position will assist in administering all levels of accounting ranging from clerical level processing up to the account reconciliations and analysis, and special projects as needed by management. The duties include but are not limit to accomplishing general accounting

• Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities. This includes books keeping, full set of accounts and reporting.

• Perform all accounting functions in accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Handle GST review & Corporate Tax

• Payroll, CPF Contributions

• Oversee Treasury & Banking operations

• Liaising with auditor, tax agent, secretarial and bankers

• Check Incoming Funds through Internet Banking

• Review and verify invoices and cheque requests, prepare receiving & payment vouchers

• Organizes and maintains up to date financial records / cash flow

• Perform account reconciliations

• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities

• Month-end closing reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• A-level or Diploma in Accountancy.

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required

• Experience working with QuickBooks Accounting Software, Outlook, MS Excel and Word

• Knowledge of financial reporting

• Consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance

• Good time management, communication skills and team work

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently

• Attention to detail, accuracy, planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoring

• A strong initiative, problem analysis and problem-solving skills

• Able to speak and liaise with counterpart in Shanghai and Beijing for accounts matters
