Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday , 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Duties:
Provide administrative support to maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Coordinate communications between internal teams and external contractors for facility services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and safety compliance.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in conducting safety inspections and preparing related reports.
Support routine maintenance inspections and follow-up actions.
Oversee contractor activities including installation, maintenance, and project execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance
NITEC in Engineering or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); IT-savvy.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn; proactive and self-motivated in seeking clarity and resolving issues.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Good knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk management, and environmental practice
Safety & Compliance:
Promote and enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance across all activities.
Support safety initiatives to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
