Armament Trainer - #1132252

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs for technicians

• Conduct hands-on training sessions on basic mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and industry trends.

• Assess trainees’ performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

• Work with subject matter expert on individual systems in preparing training material and conducting training

• Collaborate with management to identify skills gaps and address them through targeted training initiatives.

• Facilitate both classroom and on-the-job training sessions.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements to ensure continuous learning and development.

• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in training or teaching capacity

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

• Ability to engage and motivate trainees with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

• Relevant certification in adult learning such as Workplace Learning Facilitator  

• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.

• Prior knowledge in armament systems will be preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
