Our client is a leading organisation specialised in developing Semiconductor machines. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design and develop semiconductor backend machines.
Responsible for Continuous Improvement Programme (CIP) and engineering field support.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
3-5 years relevant experience in automation or semiconductor machines.
Proficient in any 3D design software eg Pro-E, Autocad, Solidworks etc
Knowledge in FMEA, GD&T, pick & place equipment/ loader is an added advantage
A good team player with good interpersonal communication skills
