About The Role:
As a Servicing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely service operations. Your primary responsibilities include planning and coordinating service schedules, liaising with customers to confirm appointments, and supporting the team in delivering excellent service experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to manage customer expectations and operational timelines.
Responsibilities:
· Plan and manage servicing schedules to ensure timely execution of service appointments.
· Liaise with customers to confirm service dates, address inquiries, and provide updates.
· Coordinate with internal teams to align resources and service availability.
· Maintain accurate records of service schedules, customer communications, and job completion.
· Monitor and follow up on outstanding service tasks to ensure closure.
· Support administrative tasks related to servicing operations, including documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
· 1-2 years experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in a servicing or operations environment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
· Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
