•Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
•Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
•Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.
•Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
•Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
•Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to management
•Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
•Willing and able to travel overseas for business trips
•Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage but not necessary
•Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
