1. Senior Service Engineer (Generator) Up $6,500 + $250 Allowance

• Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support.

• Technical support, site recovery and maintenance responsibilities to distributors/end customers.

• Installation, commissioning & on-site training to support customers according to the scope 

• Generate a service report to customer in a systematic manner.

• Investigate and handle all customers’ complaints related to product failures.

• Investigates root causes of failures and recommend solutions.

• Review and assist in determining the extend of damage and repairs of warranty claims from distributors.

• Maintain relationship with key customers to ensure the follow through until the issue is resolved.

• Develop service training material, ensures all technical & training documents are up-to-date.

• Provide training to distributors & dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical with 8 years of marine field servicing

• Experience in control system and able to commit traveling when neccessary.

2. Senior Project Engineer (Power System) Up $6,500 + $250 Allowance

• Execute projects to ensure works done are within the schedule.

• Liaise with stakeholders to carry out the scope of the project.

• Monitor track of the progres and lead Factory Acceptance Test with customers/distributors.

• Ensure all documentations are endorsed, coordinate site testing and provide technical support.

• Study and assist to generate project cost estimation, and submit a monthly report of project status.

• Support 3rd party product & drawings for submittals, and participate in continuous improvement.

• Work with cross-functional team to update projects status in weekly project meeting.

• Manage site installations work and ensure completion within timeline.

• Work with sub-contractors on site installations work, drawings, and materials submittals.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical with 2 -5 years of relevant experience.

• Ablilty to interpret Mechanical & Electrical drawings

• Familiar with generators, controls, and associated equipment will be added advantage
