Finance Manager - #1132810

Responsibilities :

Responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting.

1. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles.

2. Practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

3. Supervises the group of accounting staffs and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

4. Monitors and analyses department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

5. Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.

6. Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.

7. Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.

Requirements :

1. Degree in Accounting / Financial Accounting with 10 years in similar capacity preferred

2. Strong in Financial analyzing and reports

3. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

4. Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to multi-task

5. Possess strong work ethics, good initiatives, and a process-improvement mindset

6. Hands-on and self-motivated team-player

7. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, to perform the core job duties accurately and to prioritize and deliver within tight deadlines
