About the Role

Our client, a leading semiconductor manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join their growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring production equipment runs efficiently and reliably within a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist production team to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment issues.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and incidents.

• Support installation, calibration, and setup of new machinery and production tools.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance.

• Follow safety and chemical handling procedures to uphold a safe and compliant workplace.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Precision Engineering.

• 2– 3 years of hands-on experience in production or maintenance role.
