Our client the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Facilities Technician to join the team as a key leader.

• Oversee, manage, and accompany contractors during scheduled maintenance for various systems and functions within the building.

• Carry out technical tasks as an initial response to building issues.

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems

• Perform minor repairs, change lighting, address power outages, and assist with moving and setting up spaces.

• Provide facilities management services for assigned buildings, including preventive maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and security management through appointed contractors and subcontractors.

• Investigate, assess, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to identify their causes and prevent future issues.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor. 

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering or related fields

• Minimum 3 years working experience in M&E related or Facilities Management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Additional Information

• 2 years contract (Possible of renewal)

• 5.5 days work week
