Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (HR Technology) - #1132712

You will be working in a team to deploy technology-based solutions aligned to Singapore General Hospital’s strategic Human Resource goals and objectives. You will support the operations of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) through system and access administration, efficient functioning and enhancements, user training and IT literacy amongst the staff population.

You will also contribute to the delivery of AI and automation projects that streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency across the organisation.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder preferably in computer science

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in M365 applications

• Knowledge and use of AI, Automation & Productivity tools

• Knowledge of SuccessFactors will be an advantage

• Self-motivated and a team player

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
