Aramex Singapore is seeking HR Administrator to join our Singapore team and will be reporting to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities
Employee lifecycle:
Coordinate new employee orientation programs.
Ensure new employees are provided with necessary resources, paperwork, and information.
Issue ID access to new employee and arrange photos ID new colleagues announcement
Provide monthly overtime report for all eligible employees
Manage interns’ attendance
Coordinate in all company's events
Training and Development:
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Assist in identifying training needs and recommending appropriate training solutions.
Track employee training attendance and maintain training records.
Provide coaching guidance to trainees and work closely with education institutions on their quarterly reviews
Procurement:
Work closely with respective business units on pantry and office supplies
Procure G&A requested items on a monthly or quarterly basis
Create SAP entries to ensure smooth procurement transaction
Office Administration:
Assist in all incoming VISA requests from colleagues
Administer airport passes renewal and temporary request from colleagues / customers
Work closely with Insurance broker on all medical, dental and hospitalization claims
Assist in global and local HR campaigns and projects
Assist in all license renewal e.g. IATA, STP and RACAR renewal.
Requirements:
2 years of working experience in administrative duties
