Job Responsibilities:
Handle all customer service-related matters at the counter
Provide excellent customer service, attend to tenant and shopper enquiries and feedbacks
Promote loyalty program and related activities
Assist in voucher sales, mall redemptions, reward program and any other marketing activations as required
Support Marcom in promotional activities, events and loyalty program as required
Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min GCE 'N' Level qualification
Min. 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role
Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook will be an added advantage
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
3 rotating shifts
- AM: 10am to 6pm
- MID: 12pm to 8pm
- PM: 2pm to 10pm
** Must be able to commit from 7 to 25 Jan 2026.
