Salary: $3,000 – $4,000

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am – 6:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Input billing data into accounting / billing systems
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and timely
• Maintain billing records, invoices, and payment history
• Track and follow up on customer payments
• Handle billing enquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with accounts receivable reconciliation
• Prepare regular billing and payment status reports
• Ensure billing processes comply with company policies and financial regulations
