Process Engineer - #1132609

Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Lead and mentor: Guide a team of process AEs and Technicians to ensure efficient production and smooth operations.

• Collaborate across departments: Work with internal teams to create and optimize process flows that meet customer and business requirements.

• Maintain documentation: Ensure production work instructions are up-to-date, including SFC control and SAP maintenance processes.

• Drive change management: Spearhead ECO changes and implementations to keep processes current and effective.

• Boost efficiency: Lead process improvements, UPH tracking, and Kaizen activities to enhance overall productivity.

• Manage documentation: Update and maintain EC masterlists and tracking systems for seamless operations.

• Develop and update procedures: Create and revise Working Instructions to ensure best practices are followed.

• Provide training: Conduct training sessions on Working Instructions for production staff to ensure consistency.

• Support new products: Contribute to the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, bringing innovation to life.

• Ensure production success: Offer support during mass production runs to maintain quality and efficiency.

• Uphold standards: Participate in ISO activities, both in implementation and maintenance, to ensure compliance.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Degree or Diploma in Engineering.

• Manufacturing experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Problem-solving prowess: Strong analytical skills to tackle challenges and drive continuous improvement.

• Self-motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your responsibilities.

• Project management skills: Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

• Attention to detail: A keen eye for the finer points, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
