Job Scope
Respond professionally to incoming queries related to mental health
Assess clients’ needs and arrange appropriate interventions (e.g., scheduling emotional support appointments)
Provide clients with information on relevant support services and liaise with partner agencies as needed
Advocate for mental health awareness and help address misconceptions (e.g., planning awareness events)
Identify and escalate emergency or crisis situations to supervisors, and assist in coordinating crisis resolution
Maintain accurate and thorough records, reports, and documentation according to organizational procedures
Complete assigned tasks and reports on time
Provide administrative support or assist with ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Diploma in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field (mandatory)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
